While the word “sensuality” has often been distorted by culture, its true essence is simple: aliveness. At its core, sensuality is how we sense the world — how we experience life through our bodies.
This class is an invitation to come home to yourself through the senses. Using touch, sound, breath, and movement, we’ll explore what it means to feel fully present and alive in your body.
The space will include an opening and closing circle, guided somatic practices, and freeform movement/dance.
This is not about performing, looking a certain way, or getting it “right.” It’s about being with what’s true, in your body, in the present moment.
Open to women ages 16+.
