Forest Meditation: a guided opportunity to use all 5 senses to slow down and connect with nature

Take time to give your body and mind a chance to slow down and enter the present moment.  You will be guided through meditations that awaken your senses, heighten awareness, and connect you to yourself and the earth beneath you.  This is not a hike but a wander into stillness, a chance to experience the natural world at a leisure pace.  Allow yourself the experience of savoring the sounds, smells, and sights of nature; let the forest in.  Moving slowly, we will touch trees, observe colors and patterns, breathe deeply, taste fragrances on the wind, listen to the song of the forest.
