Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and releasing tension from your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.
This style of Yoga helps to quiet the mind, balance the nervous system, boost the immune system, lower blood pressure, reduce tension, and promote deep relaxation. It is especially helpful recovering a sense of peace in the body and mind after periods of excessive stress and anxiety.
Sound baths (or sound meditation) is a gentle, yet powerful, path to relaxation and profound healing. Sound can be used to create coherence and harmony within every level of our beings; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Every sound bath is a unique journey providing an endless opportunities for transformation.
Amara Grace is a sound worker that loves to create deeply immersive sound journeys, to weave a web of earthly and cosmic vibrations to help facilitate a healing space for people to transform and blossom into their highest self.
