Julie Walenta is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Exercise Physiologist with over 20 years of experience helping clients improve their health and wellness. For the past 7 years she has taught yoga and meditation, after training extensively in India to earn her 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification and becoming trained in Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness. During her yogic studies, she turned to Ayurveda while faced with health and life challenges, and was amazed by the results. Determined that everyone should have access to this information, she decided to earn her certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. Julie strives to combine Western medicine with ancient Ayurvedic wisdom.
