Class Description: All Levels Yoga Flow
Build strength, balance, and flexibility while increasing mindfulness and decreasing stress.
With the attention on breath, this class will take you through a standing flow and balance sequence before winding down with relaxing yin stretches.
Poses are linked together with the breath while building strength, stamina and flexibility.
This class is appropriate for all levels.
About the Instructor: Paula Labbe completed her 200-hr vinyasa yoga teacher training at The Yoga Shop in CT and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Her goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone.
In her yoga classes she strives to bring the joy and peace of yoga to her students through creative sequencing, connecting movement with breath, and maintaining a lighthearted atmosphere in an open, nonjudgmental environment. From her perspective the goal isn’t doing the perfect pose, it is learning the pose and doing it to our own bodies abilities, finding love and peace within ourselves, and enjoying the journey that is yoga.
