Come join me in celebration of my first-ever book and all those who inspired me to make it happen. The evening will begin with a 10-15 minute guided meditation and be followed by time to mingle with others that identify as meditators or meditation-curious. You are invited to treat this meditation as a kick-off to your own 30-day challenge. Treats and tea will be provided. For those interested, I will joyfully sign your book!
