Sign up for one or all of these classes to learn about the gems these sutras contain and how you can incorporate them into your world view to help you find deep joy and fulfillment life. Topics that will be covered include: Practices for dealing with the world (Yamas and Niyamas), guidelines for conditioning the body (asana, pranayama, pratyahara), strategies for settling the mind (dharana, dhyana, and samadhi). Nicole has been joyfully studying the sutras for six years and is able to distill their complexity into words that anyone can relate to and be inspired by.
