A regular meditation practice has the potential to make you feel AMAZING- physically, emotionally, and mentally. The trick is, actually doing it. This is why, I am inviting people to join me (Nicole Stumpf) for a 29-Day Meditation Challenge this February.
Each day I will send you a suggested meditation practice, drawing from a whole range of techniques I have been exposed to over the years. I will also share a few words of encouragement or inspiration to help keep you....well, encouraged and inspired! I will also provide you with some prompts for reflection. (I highly recommend you log your practice and observations).
You are welcome to share insights with me along the way, and to ask questions.
When: Feb 1st-Feb 29th, 2016. You choose the time of day (but I suggest you greet the day with some meditation)
Where: Wherever you are!
Duration: My suggestion is this- that you commit to meditating for a minimum of 15 minutes each day. However, you can meditate for longer if you have the time and desire to do so. At the end of the challenge, you will have spent at least 7.5 hours in meditation!
