In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll break down various asana into their fundamental actions to encourage proper alignment. I'll guide you through a vinyasa style practice that will help you cultivate strength and flexibility through mindful transitions and by building each pose from the ground up. We’ll look at poses not as goals to achieve but rather as puzzles to be solved—to best find insight and opening in any body by using the appropriate props and modifications. Whether you recently took up yoga and want a better grasp on the basics, or you’re an experienced yogi looking to deepen your practice, this workshop will help you refine the mind-body connection and the integrity of your alignment within the postures.
