Building slowly over four weeks, this series will introduce the basics of Ana Forrest yoga, which are:
You will learn to connect to your body through attention to breath, development of course strength, creation of accommodations, and awakening your inner voice. The series is perfect for all levels-even beginners!
Lauren earned her Kripalu certification in 1998 and also completed Ana Forrest Advanced Teacher Training in 2017 at Kripalu. She began teaching Yoga in NYC and has taught for over 20 years. She currently teaches at Elmira College and previously taught at colleges and various learning centers in New York City and the Hudson Valley. She teaches the Monday morning gentle yoga class at KPR (beginning June 10) as well as a Ana Forrest series on Sunday mornings in June.
